If you find an identical item cheaper at another Danish-owned webshop, we will match the price, provided that the conditions below are met.
When comparing with online retailers, we match the total price including the cheapest available shipping cost.
To use the price guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- We always sell high-quality products, and the comparison item you have found at a lower price must therefore be identical in quality to the item sold by Insight Cosmetics. It is your responsibility to prove that the quality is identical.
- The comparison item must also be the same quantity, size, colour, etc., so that all parameters that may affect the price are comparable.
- The comparison item must be in stock and ready for delivery at the time the price guarantee is processed.
- The comparison item must be available for purchase at the advertised price.
- The comparison item must be offered for sale on a Danish-registered webshop with a Danish CVR number and a Danish domain (.dk).
- The price guarantee applies from the time of purchase and up to 14 days after the purchase.
We reserve the right to verify the price, stock status, and other conditions relating to the comparison item.
- Member prices or loyalty programmes
- Personal discounts or individual offers
- Quantity discounts, e.g. "Buy 3, pay for 2"
- Time-limited offers such as queue offers, opening offers, warehouse sales, closing-down sales, or outlet sales
- Display items, demo items, or items with cosmetic defects
- Offers with limited quantities
- Auctions, competitions, or bidding sites
- Items sold via marketplaces or third-party platforms
- Incorrect prices, pricing errors, or obvious typing errors
- Products purchased outside Denmark
If you wish to use the price guarantee, please contact our customer service at info@insightcosmetics.com. Please send documentation of the lower price, for example in the form of:
- Link to the website
- Screenshot of the item and price
- Offer advertisement or other relevant documentation
Once we have approved your price guarantee case, we will refund the price difference via a credit note on your account.
The refund will be completed no later than 10 working days after the case has been approved.
