Marketing and Newsletters
When you subscribe to our electronic and/or physical newsletter, we collect data such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, if applicable. ICG's newsletters are directed to commercial customers only (see our Terms of Sale & Delivery). Nonetheless, our electronic newsletters always provide the option to unsubscribe below, likewise we conduct internal audits and archive them to document our legitimate interests. When you contact our customer service or otherwise communicate with Insight Cosmetics Group A/S, we collect and process the data you submit to process your request and send order confirmations or invoices.

The companies listed above are data processors who process data in accordance with our instructions, for which we are the data protection controller. The data processors may not use data for any purpose other than the performance of the contract with us and are subject to confidentiality provisions related to the data. We have written data processor agreements with all data processors that process data on our behalf.
Two of these data processors, Google Analytics/Google LLC and Facebook Inc, are based in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of data to the USA are provided by the certification of the data processor in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, cf. Art. 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
