Yes, our level of education requires that you are an educated skin therapist, as we focus on onboarding to the brand's systems and treatments and how to get them implemented in your salon. We unfortunately do not conduct beginner skincare education.
Level 1 classes have a full focus on reviewing the brand's products, concepts, and treatments for beauticians and cosmetologists. Level 2 are advanced level classes. These are classes you and/or your employees should attend when all the basics about the skincare brand are in place, and you see results and satisfied customers. They aim at expanding your treatment menu, ramping up results, and increasing revenue. Level 3 is the highest technical level with the most comprehensive knowledge — classes made for those who have worked with the brand for at least 1–2 years and crave best-in-class proficiency.
Absolutely! You might be the one offering the treatments, but your employees and colleagues can join our Day 1 education on any of the brands, as it will give them a solid product knowledge foundation to help retail the home usage products. You can also send them more than once to attend the day if you feel there are gaps in their knowledge.
If when you press on a class you are interested in, there are no next dates available, it is usually because there has been a recent cancellation or the new dates are pending confirmation. Please contact us here if you are interested in any of the classes and we will make sure to pre-sign you up the moment a date is in place.
All individual classes are equipped with a complete description of what you will undergo during the class, unless it is a short introduction to the brand.
When you land on the class and eventually the booking, it will give you information on whether the class has few components – online theory, followed by hands-on training, or if all is completely online or offline.
For hands-on education, it will also state whether you need to bring a model or you would be working on each other. If you are in doubt about any aspect of the classes, please get in touchhereand we will assist you right away.
